DEP Issues New Watershed Permit Regulations and Title 5 Natural Resource Nitrogen Sensitive Area Regulations

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has issued new watershed permit regulations, 314 CMR 21.00, and new Title 5 Natural Resource Nitrogen Sensitive Area regulations, 310 CMR 15.214 and 15.215. The new regulations are effective as of July 7, 2023.
