Bryan Bertram and Ray Miyares successfully defended the Town of Littleton’s water rights to Nagog Pond embodied in a nineteenth century Special Act. The Supreme Judicial Court agreed with Littleton that its rights to withdraw water were not extinguished by passage of the Water Management Act.
