Outdoor Dining and Alcohol Service Coming to an End
Under Section 15 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022, municipalities are allowed to permit outdoor dining and alcohol service notwithstanding zoning and liquor licenses. The expanded licenses expire on April 1, 2023. Those restaurants who wish to continue offering expanded services after April 1 must apply to the Town under their ordinary zoning and liquor licensing processes.
